Accessing the Soap Boiler’s District Gear Chest in AC Mirage
The first step to accessing the Soap Boiler’s District Gear Chest is to position AC Mirage’s Basim directly underneath it. You can enter the building that houses the chest at ground level. You’ll know you’re in the right place if you see green, pink, and yellow bricks beneath your feet.
Once you’re underneath the Soap Boiler’s District Gear Chest, look up and focus your attention on the parts of the ceiling made from thin wooden boards. These boards can be broken using a Throwing Knife, allowing you to climb into the room above and access the desired container.
As for what you’ll find inside the Soap Boiler’s District Gear Chest, it will either contain the Zanj Uprising Sword or a Zanj Uprising Sword Upgrade Schematic, depending on what you have already collected from the other Harbiyah Gear Chests in AC Mirage. If you haven’t obtained the Zanj Uprising Sword yet, you will receive it from the chest in the Soap Boiler’s District. However, if you already have the weapon, the chest will contain an Upgrade Schematic.
It’s worth noting that the Gear Chest is not the only reason to visit the Soap Boiler’s District in AC Mirage. There is an Enigma treasure located near this area. To obtain the treasure, you must first collect AC Mirage’s “Find What I Stole” Enigma, which can be found on the ground near the river to the north of Harbiyah’s Damascus Gate Prison.
For those curious, the Enigma treasure near the Soap Boiler’s District is the Black Zanj Uprising Outfit Dye. This item can be used to change the appearance of the specified piece of gear. While it is purely a cosmetic alteration and has no impact on the functionality of the Black Zanj Uprising Outfit, some fans may still be pleased to acquire this item.
