The R6 Share program, previously known as the Pilot Program, is a remarkable revenue-sharing agreement between Ubisoft Entertainment and specific esports teams in Rainbow Six. This program offers players unique uniforms, headgear, weapon skins, and charms, all themed around the BLAST R6 tournament and the esports teams participating in it.
The revenue generated from the sales of these items is then distributed among the teams participating in the program. For each team-branded bundle sold, R6 Share member organizations will receive 50% of the proceeds from their respective team-branded items.
Furthermore, for every R6 Share Esports Set sold, R6 Share member organizations will receive 20% of the proceeds, while the remaining funds will be dedicated to supporting the Rainbow Six esports circuit.
The collection includes skin bundles celebrating 10 esteemed teams: Beastcoast and Oxygen Esports from North America, Black Dragons and MIBR from Brazil, MNM Gaming from the UK, Sandbox Gaming from South Korea, Virtus.pro from Russia, Wildcard Gaming from the Oceanic Rainbow 6 team, and Wolves Esports from Wolverhampton Wanderers in the UK.

In the initial Tier 1 release of the R6 Share program, pro team skins for various in-game characters were introduced, showcasing popular esports teams such as BDS, DarkZero, Elevate, FaZe Clan, KOI, and Soniqs.
The Tier 2 drop comes at an exciting time, as all eyes are set on Rainbow 6 Esports’ Stage 2, with the second part of the season scheduled to kick off on Friday, 1st September. Since its introduction in March, the Rainbow Six esports ecosystem has witnessed the inclusion of nine regions in a brand-new format.
For Stage 2, the format will remain unchanged, providing teams with the same pathway to secure their spot for the BLAST R6 Major Atlanta, which is set to commence at the end of October.
