They’ve continued to make waves by competing at and qualifying for the Legends stage in three Counter-Strike Majors in Antwerp, Rio, and Paris, earning a grand total of $96,000 in prize winnings for 2023 alone.
Formerly known as the Bad News Eagles, the team will now represent Guild Esports, equipped with a talented backroom staff including head coach Jonatan ‘Devilwalk’ Lundberg, assistant coach Kevin ‘Krystal’ Amend, analyst Kieran ‘KayJay’ Playfair, and manager James ‘BanKs’ Banks. The organization has also brought on Banks to serve as a consultant, providing crucial support for the team.
Overcoming Obstacles
Since their competitive debut in 2020, the team, with humble beginnings in Kosovan net cafes, have experienced tremendous growth, gaining a substantial following on various social media platforms. With combined followers totaling over 546,000 across Twitter, Twitch, and Instagram, their rise has become a modern-day Counter-Strike success story, capturing the attention of fans worldwide.
